12/18/1968 - Grew up in NYC metro area. Had lived in Venice CA for 15 years when at 39 decided it was time to learn to surf. Loved it. Now surf 4-6 times a week.
As a technologist I had to get the GoPro HD Surf cam when it came out. I record all my entire sessions in 960p HD, unless I can convince one of my friends to ride my board or put the camera on their board, in which case even cooler I have footage of my friends surfing.
More and more of my friends are starting to surf, inspired by my pictures and videos.
