To the south is a rock shelf reef break, in the middle is a beach break and to the north is a shallow rock reef break. Gets a nice south and a west but not much over a north west swell in degrees.

Richard: Hi folks, 8th street reef is at 8th street. I lived 2blks away last half 90's. There isn't a 6th street as far as I know, but maybe that's the point of the mislabeling? Anyway, nothing gets a South in here. West and Northwest however are manna from heavan - Oct to Mar, 4-6' med tide and pushing. You do have the entry right though.... straight down the cliff "trail".
